Can I cancel my Deposit Reservation booking if I change my mind?

Customers with paid reservations will have a cooling off period once prices and allocations for 2025 Camping Pitches and Tickets are officially announced (estimated early November 2024) should they wish to consider cancelling the reservation. Full refunds only will be given up to this point.

After this date (estimated 1st December 2024), reservations will become firm bookings and you are committed to pay the full value (£) of your booking.

Beyond this point exchanges on certain parts of your booking may be possible, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Existing bookings can continually be added to, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT: Bookable on Camping Pitch + General Entry Tickets + Catering (Breakfast & Evening Meals) basis only.

—50sqm and 40sqm pitches (minimum 2x General Entries per pitch) include parking for 1x vehicle.

—20sqm pitches (minimum 1x General Entry) DOES NOT include vehicle parking. Public parking is available.

Onsite Facilities:

— Hot showers, clean toilets and wash facilities

— Onsite Marquee with Bar, TV & Music

— Bar Terrace with Big Screen TV

— Our site has 24hr security and is walled, with gated access

Catering:

Freshly prepared Meals (Thur-Mon) served by experienced UK Catering Staff. Bar available on Pay-As-You-Go basis. Lunch available Pay-As-You-Go basis.

ECONOMY CAMPING

Sites are located on one of several public Le Mans circuit campsites.

IMPORTANT: Bookable on Camping Pitch + General Entry Tickets basis only (minimum of 2 adult, or 1 adult and 1 child – ID will be required to verify before tickets are sent out). Parking for 1x vehicle included.

CATERING POLICY

Premier Camping operates on the basis of a compulsory catering service. Historically catering has been a loss centre to the operation when offered as an option, putting undue pressure on ticket prices. This was down to difficulties anticipating demand and planning accordingly. Food quality was also much lower, frequently sold out, and the outside caterers didn’t want return for another year.

Compulsory catering allows us to efficiently plan the extensive equipment required, recruit a large number of UK Chefs and kitchen staff, and source and store bulk ingredients. This ensures maximum efficiency, minimum wastage, and therefore the lowest possible cost per head. Premier customers may wish to skip some meals if off site, or cook for themselves, but the kitchen operation is costed to be spread across all heads in order to operate viably each year.

Food allergies and intolerances

Gluten Free, Vegetarian options/variants. No Fish/Shellfish/Peanuts ingredients, however locally sourced desserts need to be double checked for nuts.

IMPORTANT: All foods will be prepared and stored to prevent cross contamination, but camping at Le Mans by default means this is an open air field kitchen, not a sterile food prep factory. Therefore no guarantees of contamination can be given.

CHILDREN (UNDER 16s)

General Entry tickets for Children (Under 16s) are free. Children under 8 qualify for free Grandstand tickets. Age verification and documentation may be checked by the ACO at the entrance. Under 16 and Under 8 is the age of guest at time of the event. All under 16s must be accompanied by an Adult.

Please book carefully as the ACO reserve the right to refuse entry to the event. Team Langoustine is not liable for any errors made by customers at the time of booking.
